Besides, some of the other big sellers at the Bonhams? auction were the 1939 BMW RS 255 Kompressor Chassis no. 2 Engine no. 16152 (pictured above), which is said to deserve a place at the very peak of motorcycling history fetched whopping $480,000, and the 1952 Vincent 998cc Black Shadow Frame no. RC10581BC Engine no. F10AB/1B/8681 (pictured below) which garnered a price of $134,800.
