One thing is for sure - social media is growing and you can either jump on board or be left behind, but it's here to stay.
Personally, I like that social media lends itself to viewing real time footage, videos, sharing? photos, information and brings people together from all over the county?especially during this last storm sandy.
Many of the media's coverage of Sandy came from photos and videos from "the people" and social media has proven to be an excellent vehicle for causes and charities that you might never have known about. Social media brings people together.......when it's used respectfully!?
